PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept all MAJOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS, UK CHEQUES, UK BANK TRANSFER & CASH ££. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS BY WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. The customer is responsible for any BANK CHARGES incurred.
Customs, Duty & Tax may be payable when buying & importing from the UK to countries outside of the EU & are the sole responsibility of the customer.
WE DO NOT TAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME.
Customer orders for Fender Japan guitars require a non-refundable 20% Deposit.
Customer orders for Nash guitars require a non-refundable 50% Deposit.
A non-Refundable 20% Deposit will hold any instrument for 30 days.
SHIPPING POLICY
Next day delivery is £15.00 to UK Mainland addresses for guitars unless stated & £7.00 for Pickups / Pedals etc. For other UK or International Shipping destinations, please contact us with your address details for a price quote.
All Insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase due to the goods being defective or not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours. Do not discard any of the packaging or manuals the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, scratchplates or control plates etc. A full refund of the purchase price (less shipping/bank costs) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises. Any other reason other than the goods being defective, returns will be at the discretion of Trans Am Guitars. In this instance, a credit note or alternative goods may be offered. The customer is responsible for all shipping & bank charges that may be incurred. International sales are final & non-returnable.
**All purchases paid by credit or debit card & being returned will be subject to a 4%
charge**.
